Update "ethtool --register-dump|d" output format as per the current ethtool implementation for CPSW driver. Ethtool utility change is present only for Jacinto devices, hence documentation is not changed for Sitara devices. Signed-off-by: Chintan Vankar <c-vankar@ti.com>
